This position is responsible for all Financial Management and HR Management for High Country Beverage Corp. and Crown Distributors, LLC.

- Education: Bachelor’s degree in finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field. An MBA or advanced degree is preferred.
- Experience: At least 10 years of experience in financial management, with a strong emphasis on technology integration and financial reporting. Prior experience as a CFO or in a senior financial leadership role is highly desirable.
- Technical Proficiency: Expertise in financial management systems, ERP platforms, and data analytics tools. Familiarity with emerging financial technologies and their application in reporting and operational efficiency.
- Reporting Skills: Proven track record of managing financial reporting processes, ensuring compliance with accounting standards, and utilizing automated reporting solutions to enhance accuracy and transparency.
- Leadership Skills: Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills with the ability to inspire and manage cross-functional teams.
- Strategic Thinking: Ability to think strategically and develop innovative solutions to complex financial and reporting challenges.
