Vineyard Hills Health Center is now accepting applications for Full Time AM and NOC Shift for Licensed Vocational Nurses (LVN)  our facility has 12hr shifts available 6:00am -6:30 pm or 6:30 pm - 06:00am.

Vineyard Hills is a 99-bed skilled nursing facility focused on the well-being and happiness of our residents and staff.
