Position Overview
The Graphic Design and Digital Marketing Specialist is a dynamic and diverse position crucial in U.S. CAD, An ARKANCE Company. The position involves developing graphic design creatives and conducting and managing various digital marketing activities for target audiences for the architecture, engineering, and construction (AEC) industry. The position is integral to our marketing efforts, enhancing our brand presence and marketing efforts by developing various assets for use in corporate collateral and digital marketing channels. In addition, the ideal candidate will possess a proactive mindset, excel in collaboration and communications, and demonstrate exceptional drive and creativity to achieve desired outcomes.
The position will report to the Senior Director of Marketing and Corporate Communications. We seek an individual who aligns with and embodies our core values: honesty and integrity, commitment to excellent service, accountability, trust, mutual respect, and inclusivity.
This hybrid position is located at our company's headquarters in Irvine, CA
Qualifications
• Must be able to present a portfolio of work.
• Bachelor's degree or 2-year associate's art/design degree preferred (equivalent work experience will be considered.)
• 2+ years of graphic design and digital marketing work experience.
• Prior social media management experience with Hootsuite, Buffer, Sprout Social, or similar tool
• Experience with Canva is required.
• Experience with Adobe Creative Suite is required.
• Experience with WordPress is recommended.
• Experience with Content Management System (CSM) is a plus.
• A clear understanding of branding and the ability to design with a consistent look and feel.
• Competency in MS Office suite including Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
• Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Effective time management and organizational skills.
• Strong analytical skills for measuring and tracking success.
• Ability to work under tight deadlines, prioritize work, and manage concurrent assignments.
• Ability to bring a creative mindset and outside-the-box thinking, contributing fresh ideas.

Essential Functions
· Support in developing marketing materials, presentations, and digital content.
· Apply brand standards, typography, photography, color, and other design elements appropriately to create innovative solutions that represent the company in a highly professional way in terms of messaging and visual representation.
· Work closely with the Marketing team through an iterative creative process based on project specifications and needs.
· Serve as one of the liaisons between the company and our creative agency, managing outsourced creative work.
· Plan, schedule, and post content on company social media channels.
· Deliver reporting based on key performance indicators.
· Develop short and long-term digital and social media strategies to increase brand awareness and meet goals.
· Develop website and other corporate content that clearly and effectively communicate company messages and information.
· Update the company website, as needed, collaborating with marketing personnel.
· Provide general support on marketing-related activities.
· Perform other duties as needed.

Pay range for this position: $70-80k
