Golden Wolf, LLC is seeking an experienced Project Manager to join our team in support of the Navy Northeast Health Clinics/Hall, operating under the Defense Health Agency (DHA). 


Based at our headquarters in Annapolis, MD, this role is critical in managing and improving healthcare facilities that serve active military personnel, veterans, and their families across the Northeast United States, including sites in New Jersey and Pennsylvania. 


The selected candidate will oversee multiple concurrent projects involving facility construction, maintenance, repair, and medical equipment installation, directly contributing to the enhancement of healthcare delivery for the military community. This position requires close collaboration with DHA officials, clinic staff, and various contractors to coordinate and execute projects effectively. 


By applying project management expertise, AutoCAD skills, and knowledge of healthcare facility standards, you will play a pivotal role in maintaining and improving critical healthcare infrastructure, ensuring facilities meet the highest standards of quality and efficiency. 


Responsibilities include but are not limited to: 

  • Lead and coordinate exciting renovation and equipment installation projects.
  • Work with a variety of stakeholders to bring projects from concept to completion.
  • Use your technical expertise to review designs, validate cost estimates, and ensure quality.
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously, keeping everything on track and within budget.
  • Travel to various sites, including Lakehurst and Colts Neck NJ, and Mechanicsburg and Philadelphia PA.
  • Act as the primary liaison between the construction manager/contracting officer at DHA and the customer at various clinics/hall. 
  • Manage project data in Defense Medical Logistics Standard Support (DMLSS). 
  • Performs other related duties as assigned. 
Requirements

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE: 

Required

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in managing medical treatment facility projects. 
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD for developing new or updating files. 
  • Ability to track, coordinate, manage, and execute up to six (6) projects concurrently. 
  • Experience writing scopes of work and preparing basic cost estimates. 
  • Proficiency with MS Office Suite, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Adobe. 
  • Facility Management experience desired 
  • US Citizen and ability to obtain NACI Clearance 

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES: 

Preferred: 

  • Experience with Computer Aided Facility Management software, including DMLSS. 
  • Knowledge of Infection Control and Joint Commission standards. 
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills  
  • Effective leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
