Our reputable home service company is searching for a Customer Service Representative to work as a primary liaison for customers. Their mission is to provide the highest level of service by building value through engaging and compelling employee and customer experiences.


They are responsible for the following:

  • Maintaining a high level of productivity.
  • Managing incoming calls, texts, emails, and customer service inquiries.
  • Identifying and assessing customers' needs to achieve satisfaction.
  • Responding promptly to customer inquiries.
  • Communicating with customers through various channels.
  • Acknowledging and resolving customer issues.
  • Obtaining basic product and service knowledge so that you can answer questions.
  • Processing payments, and requests.
  • Keeping records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints.
  • Communication with your team and management as necessary.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional customer support.
Requirements

The ideal Customer Service Representative should have:

  • The ability to work full-time, Monday through Friday 
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to stay calm when customers are stressed or upset.
