The Job.
We seek a production designer to join our Singapore bench for the remainder of the year. This role will join a community of talented designers across three continents to craft great work. NJI’s creative team handles the complex world of public affairs, big tech, and nonprofits. We believe creativity can transform perceptions and foster conversations. This role involves a significant focus on ensuring the visual consistency and quality of client presentations, marketing materials, HTML5 ads, and more. The right candidate possesses incredible attention to detail and is efficient across the adobe suite. This isn’t the right role for someone right out of University, but perfect for someone with 2-3 years of experience in an agency setting.
What You Will Do.
- Support the build out of design materials across a number of mediums including but not limited to: reports, OOH Advertisements, events, presentations, social media, paid ads, web, etc.
- Work autonomously and be comfortable being in a different timezone than a core working team
- Contribute to our craft by maintaining high standards of process and technique
- Collaborate with designers and creative directors to execute concepts within established design systems for client brands
- Ensure consistency in fonts, text placement, photo treatment, and overall visual quality in presentation decks ranging from 30 to 150 slides
- Version out digital banners, print ads, and other files, ensuring accuracy and adherence to brand guidelines
- Maintain major attention to detail, catching all edits and inconsistencies in client materials
- Support display ads with effective skills using HTML, scripting languages and related software applications
- Prepare final files for digital and print production
- Apply a strong understanding of production tools, systems, and processes
- Keep current with production standards and technology, ensuring a great user experience and alignment with the organization's overall objectives
What We are Looking For.
- 2-3+ years in Graphic Design experience preferably at an Agency
- Wowza portfolio: You have astute aesthetics. Portfolio should demonstrate a working knowledge across the adobe suite. Applications submitted without a portfolio link, or attachment will be disqualified.
