The work schedule can be in-office or hybrid (3 days in/2 home), M-Th 8am-4:30pm and F 8am-4pm in our Medway office.

What You'll Do:
- Client Engagement: Inform and educate clients about their policy coverage, updates, and insurance needs, ensuring they understand their options and feel supported.
- Proactive Management: Pre-qualify and analyze prospective business clients, prepare applications, and provide technical support in collaboration with our Producers.
- Detail-Oriented Service: Review policies for accuracy, handle coverage changes, and manage renewals with attention to detail and a focus on client satisfaction.
- Growth-Oriented Approach: Seek referrals, generate new business, and cross-sell additional services to enhance client relationships and business outcomes.
- Stay Ahead: Keep abreast of industry trends, new products, and technology to continually improve your performance and knowledge.
What We're Looking For:
- Customer-Focused: A strong dedication to exceptional service and professionalism.
- Industry Knowledge: Expertise in business insurance markets, products, and rating procedures.
- Tech Savvy: Proficiency in agency management software, insurance rating software, and Microsoft Office; experience with Applied EPIC is a plus.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
- Adaptability: Ability to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience: At least 3+ years in business/commercial insurance account management, with a P&C license required. A college degree is desirable, and bilingual skills are a plus.
