The Federal Savings Bank is actively searching for a CRM Manager to support our marketing operations nationally, based in our corporate office in Chicago, IL.
The CRM Manager is responsible for overseeing all Customer Relationship Management software, logic, content and reporting within our various CRM and CRM related systems.
This position is based in our Chicago (Logan Square) corporate office with a hybrid work arrangement. Preference will be given to those who currently reside in the Chicagoland area at the time of application, however remote candidates may be considered on a select basis. Duties and Responsibilities:
- Develop & execute customer relationship management campaigns to increase borrower engagement, conversion, and loyalty
- Prepare a set list of universal customer relationship procedures & apply them at every level of the company
- Analyze customer behavior and measure their impact on business outcomes to update strategies
- Maintain smooth communication with stakeholders and customers and promptly reply to their queries
- Divide customers into clusters and personalize the approach effectively
- Run effective promotional activities to optimize sales growth and customer retention
- Use existing customer data to gain new leads and potential customers
- Understand previous customer attitudes to better engage current customers
- Identify new and more cost-efficient communication channels with customers
- Identify the most efficient customer interaction approaches & prioritize them accordingly
- Keep customer updated about the latest collections & special offers in order to increase sales
- Adopt new trends and strategies to expand the customer base, such as upselling and cross-selling
- Coordinate different departments in terms of their customer interactions & establish a way to increase the level and effectiveness of their cooperation
- Notify admins and upper-management about all execution plans and required changes
- Monitor customer relationship tactics of competitors
- Work closely with management to uphold brand and compliance standards
- Leverage reporting to optimize CRM approach
- Bachelor's degree required; concentration in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, or related field
- High level of demonstrable knowledge and proficiency with CRM software; Total Expert, Velocify, Shape, GHL, Salesforce preferred
- 5+ years of experience working in marketing; mortgage, finance/banking, or real estate industries preferred
- Experience in SQL data extraction, overseeing and driving campaigns and projects
- Intermediate to advance proficiency with Excel and generally knowledgeable of all Microsoft Office Suite products
- Detail-oriented, analytical, and data-driven
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with employees at all levels of the organization
- Collaborative and comfortable working in matrix environments
- Creative thinker and pro-active problem solver
