Key Responsibilities:
- Manage client communications and relationships, ensuring timely and professional responses to inquiries and requests.
- Oversee the renewal process, from submission to negotiation, ensuring accuracy and efficiency at every step.
- Cultivate strong, long-lasting client relationships through regular meetings and exceptional service.
- Assist clients in understanding their coverages and provide tailored solutions to meet their needs.
- Stay updated on policy changes, deadlines, and legal regulations to ensure compliance and provide informed guidance to clients.
Requirements
- A client-focused mindset with a dedication to meeting clients' needs and exceeding their expectations.
- Exceptional attention to detail, analytical skills, and strong decision-making abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and other industry-specific software.
- 5 years of experience in a commercial insurance agency, preferably handling mid-size commercial accounts.
- Commitment to obtaining relevant insurance designations such as CIC, CPCU, INS, ACSR or CISR.
- An active Texas Agent’s License is required.
Education and Abilities:
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
- Excellent verbal and writtencommunication skills.
- Strong organizational and time management abilities.
- Ability to thrive in a collaborative team environment.
