Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage client communications and relationships, ensuring timely and professional responses to inquiries and requests.
  • Oversee the renewal process, from submission to negotiation, ensuring accuracy and efficiency at every step.
  • Cultivate strong, long-lasting client relationships through regular meetings and exceptional service.
  • Assist clients in understanding their coverages and provide tailored solutions to meet their needs.
  • Stay updated on policy changes, deadlines, and legal regulations to ensure compliance and provide informed guidance to clients.
Requirements
  • A client-focused mindset with a dedication to meeting clients' needs and exceeding their expectations.
  • Exceptional attention to detail, analytical skills, and strong decision-making abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and other industry-specific software.
  • 5 years of experience in a commercial insurance agency, preferably handling mid-size commercial accounts.
  • Commitment to obtaining relevant insurance designations such as CIC, CPCU, INS, ACSR or CISR.
  • An active Texas Agent’s License is required.

Education and Abilities:

  • High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
  • Excellent verbal and writtencommunication skills.
  • Strong organizational and time management abilities.
  • Ability to thrive in a collaborative team environment.
