Overview: GoldenWolf is seeking a Financial Analyst Team Lead to provide on-site, full-time support for the Defense Health Agency Headquarters Facility Operations Branch in San Antonio, TX. The lead role involves organizing and coordinating projects within assigned programs and providing strategic guidance to teams and project managers. This position will report directly to the Program Manager. 


Key Responsibilities:

  •  Develop evaluation methods to assess program strengths and identify areas for improvement.  
  • Produce accurate and timely program status reports throughout its lifecycle.  
  • Prepare and manage contract deliverables, ensuring compliance with contractual terms and assisting with modifications.  
  • Lead contact for control, legal, procurement, and compliance aspects of projects.  
  • Perform cost management activities including research planning, estimating, budgeting, and control.  
  • Develop and execute program initiatives in alignment with strategic organizational goals.  
  • Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring goals are met in areas including customer satisfaction, safety, quality, and team performance. 
  • Implement program controls, governance, and standards.  
  • Monitor multiple projects, manage day-to-day project details, and set timelines. 
  • Communicate effectively with stakeholders, including program directors, executives, and upper management, while addressing potential risks.  
  • Mentor project staff and team members, fostering a collaborative environment. 
  • Produce deliverables with precision and within deadlines. 
Requirements

RQUIRED EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE: 

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration or financially related field  
  • Minimum five (5) years demonstrated experience in financial management and accounting.  
  • Demonstrated one (1) year experience with DoD planning, programming, and budgeting process occurring in the past five (5) years. 
  • Ability to obtain an active National Agency Check with Inquiries (NACI) clearance. 
  • US Citizen 

REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES: 

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and program/project management software (e.g., Basecamp, MS Project).
  • Knowledgeable in program management methodologies, performance evaluation, and change management principles.
  • Experience in compiling and adhering to strict budgets.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multi-task and manage time effectively.
  • Strong interpersonal, communicative, diplomatic, and analytical skills to deliver high-quality presentations to executive leadership and diverse audiences.
  • Understanding of project management principles and practices. 

Salary: Compensation offered will be based on skill and experience


Job Type: Full-Time (at least 40 hours per week)
