Job Summary:  

Good overall knowledge of commercial building systems to include HVAC, plumbing systems, boiler systems & electrical systems. Maintenance experience required. This is a position responsible for maintaining, installing, repairing, or changing hospital fixed equipment, major and minor moveable equipment, building projects, servicing equipment and land improvements and maintenance. 

Education and Experience:

Maintenance experience preferred

Responsibilities: 

General Maintenance

Mechanic

Drywall repair/install

Painter

Plumbing

Electrical

Generators

Steam Boilers

Required Skills/Abilities:

Experience in general maintenance such as dry wall, metal stud framing, hardware, ceiling and floor tile. 

Excellent troubleshooting skills required

Previous hospital experience preferred 

Ability to work with little or no supervision

Team player

Familiar with standards and regulations of the facility

Physical Requirements:

Must be able to lift 40lbs

Stand and kneel for long periods of time. 

Must be able to work in cold and hot areas.
