Are you looking to join a fast-paced team that strives to deliver exceptional service to customers? The Agronomy Department is hiring a full time Agronomy Operations candidate! This position will primarily work out of our Brownton or Winthrop, MN locations and will assist at our other agronomy locations during the agronomy peak seasons.

Primary Objectives of the Position:

Delivers chemicals and fertilizer to custom applicators.

Applies fertilizer and chemicals to customer’s fields

Fills, applies and delivers anhydrous ammonia.

Qualifications and Experience:

• Mechanical aptitude helpful.
• Must have a valid commercial driver’s license with tanker and hazardous materials endorsements.
• Pre-employment and random drug testing required.
• Must have a current custom applicators’ license.

 Physical Requirements:

• Must be in good physical condition capable of lifting, carrying and pushing weights up to 100 pounds and have full use of both arms and legs and both hands.
• Must be able to climb stairs, reach above, below and at shoulder level, work on moving machinery, work at unprotected heights with dust, fumes or gas and in temperature extremes both inside and outside.
