Position Summary 

The Clinical Supervisor provides oversight, guidance, and support to clinical staff, ensuring the delivery of high-quality care and adherence to Wellbox standards. This role involves supervising clinical activities, providing mentorship, conducting performance evaluations, and ensuring compliance with relevant policies and procedures.

Essential Functions

• Oversee the daily operations of Care Coordinators (CCs)

• Provide coaching, mentoring, and continuous education to CCs

• Conduct regular individual and group supervision sessions

• Provide clinical guidance and support to staff, including reviewing and discussing complex issues

• Provide support to CCs using Wellbox technology

• Conduct quality assurance checks of visits completed and provide feedback as necessary 

• Implement training programs for clinical staff

• Facilitate ongoing professional development and continuing education opportunities

• Ensure staff are updated on best practices and changes in regulations

• Ensure the daily production of team members

• Manage time reporting and time off requests for team members 

Required Education and Experience 

• RN BSN strongly preferred

• Demonstrated experience in clinical supervision, training, and performance evaluation

• Strong knowledge of clinical best practices

• Hands-on experience with Electronic Medical Records

• Knowledge of Microsoft Office 365 including Outlook, Excel, and SharePoint

• Ability to exercise initiative, judgment, organization, problem-solving, and decision-making skills

• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills

Supervisory Responsibility 

This position has supervisory responsibilities over a group of remote Care Coordinators.

Position Type and Expected Hours of Work

This is a regular, full-time position.
