Principal Accountabilities:

  • Responsible for processing payroll on a bi-weekly basis, including importing data and reconciling totals to Paylocity. 
  • Maintain payroll records and prepare weekly hours reports
  • Research and resolve payroll discrepancies
  • Assist with journal entries and maintenance of general ledger
  • Assist with monthly account reconciliations and monthly financial reports due by the 10th business day following month end
  • Process and submit monthly billbacks and participation in rebates by suppliers
  • Assist with the annual budget process templates and imports
  • Assist with workpaper preparation and documentation for the year-end audit
  • Assist CEO, President, CFO, Controller, Managers and Supervisors and other staff as necessary and adheres to all company policies and procedures
  • Adhere to all company policies and procedures

Requirements
  • Minimum 2 college level accounting courses or equivalent experience preferred
  • Must be proficient in Excel.
