We take pride in our reputation for exceeding industry standards when it comes to designing, supplying, and installing high quality materials in residential and commercial locations in all of Arizona. 

Position Summary

A Designer on our incredible team ensures completion of duties including but not limited to:

· Staying current on residential design trends and market tendencies

· Creating and maintaining showroom product inventory

· Scheduling and attending client meetings to determine design and budgetary needs.

· Ensuring accurate and timely completion of documentation for material orders.

· Coordinating with sales management team for accurate pricing and product selection.

· Identifying and managing project risks or issues. 

· Providing project status updates and reports to senior management. 

Minimum Qualifications (Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities)

· Clear communication skills in working with General Public

· Residential Interior Design experience (1+ Yrs.)

· Possess a willingness to learn and a strong work ethic.

· Capable of thinking critically and acting with integrity.

· Ability to plan and execute duties independently in a fast-paced environment.

· Detail-oriented for accurate data entry.

· Time management to multi-task and meet deadlines. 

· Clearly and professionally communicate both verbally and electronically.

Physical Demands and Work Environment 

While performing the duties of this job, the employee will be working with clients and other team members in an indoor office setting, utilizing computers/screens, and may have occasional exposure to outdoor environments in the warehouse. This position is for a Monday through Friday schedule, generally working an 8-hour shift in person. Remote capabilities may be available based on experience and completed training.
