Title: Remote Sales/Business Development Representative

General: A Sales Representative will be responsible for developing new leads, communicating with customers, understanding their needs, and ensuring a smooth sales process while supporting Business Development Representatives and Management

Responsible To:  Regional VP of Sales


Responsibilities and Duties of the Sales/Business Development Representative: 

  •   Assist in advertising and selling company products to create competitive market advantages.
  • Conduct cold calls and lead discovery calls to drive sales growth and develop a strong pipeline.
  • Manage source sales through email, cold calling, in-person meetings and follow-up communications.
  • Work with Contracts and VP of Business Development on pricing and contract negotiations.
  • Develop  proposals and presentations for potential clients.
  • Enter and  maintain contact details, customer information, contracts and log meetings/notes in the CRM. 
  • Collaborate  with Billing and Facility Teams to collect overdue amounts as needed.
  • Attend exhibitions, conventions, and other events to support product and service sales.
  • Ensure compliance with training and certification requirements.
  • Maintain and operate the company vehicle, review repairs and Fleetmatics Data.
  • Adhere to company policies and safety/environmental regulations.

This will be a remote position with some travel.


  

Qualifications for Sales/Business Development Representative

  •  Business/Marketing degree preferred. Minimum of two years experience in sales and/or operations in medical or durable medical equipment preferred.
  • Strong organizational skills with knowledge of office records development,      maintenance, and control.
  • Basic computer skills and proficiency.
  • Ability to develop, organize, and coordinate paperwork flow efficiency.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to work effectively with a diverse range of people.
  • In-depth knowledge of products, including their functionalities, advantages and disadvantages.


Salary for Sales/Business Development Representative

 $90K+ annually (base salary and lucrative commission
