As an IT End User Support, you'll play a pivotal role in enhancing our technological infrastructure. Your responsibilities will include leading the onboarding of new locations, providing top-tier support for Cloud applications and Windows 10, and managing hardware implementations. This role blends technical expertise (70%) with project management (30%).
What You Bring:
- Experience: You have at least 3 years of IT support experience, with a strong foundation in Windows 10, Office 365 administration, helpdesk support, Microsoft Azure, Microsoft Intune, and hardware repair and implementation.
- Certification: Microsoft or CompTIA certification is preferable.
- Knowledge: Familiarity with HIPAA environments and project management.
- Skills: Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
- Flexibility: You're ready to accommodate after-hours and weekend implementations.
- Mobility: Ability to travel as needed, holding a valid driver's license and insurance.
