Description
Goal of Position:
Develop, improve upon, and maintain sales relationships in well-established communities. Work alongside
other United business development representatives with client support within their assigned sales territory with
the objective of transitioning clients to a new sales territory. Steadily increase candidates network growth
through relationships and community networking.
Responsibilities:
- Help sales team maintain a viable network of clientele
- Attend industry conferences throughout the year (Will require overnight stays)
- Work directly with the Sales Manager, Marketing, and Principal Contact in establishing Go/No Go Pursuits
- Responsible to maintain regular Client Resource Management (CRM) Software updates
- Work with the Sales Manager to develop and implement new sales initiatives
- Work directly with Department Managers, Team Leaders, and other sales team members to ensure a positive client experience
- Assist with corporate strategic pursuits
- Assist with Marketing and Corporate Events as needed
- Create a personal network of industry professionals

- Ability to learn and understand the various engineering services we offer
- Able to earn credibility with clients, partners, department managers and other sales staff
- Ability to operate a passenger vehicle and able to travel long distances
- Ability to attend weekend and evenings events as necessary
- Ability to assist with written proposals by providing applicable insight, and review of content
- Ability to learn and use current and new technology
