Order Analyst

JOB SUMMARY 

An Order Analyst is responsible for inputting jobs into the system to be ordered, installed, & billed from. They must be able to work in a team environment with all counterparts and supervisors by constant communication and adherence to Builders Wholesale policies and workflow procedures. Accuracy and adherence to deadlines is paramount.



SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES This position carries out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with company guidelines, policies and procedures, and applicable laws. Supervisory responsibilities include interviewing, hiring, and training employees; planning, assigning, and directing work; appraising performance; rewarding and disciplining employees; addressing complaints and resolving problems.

Requirements

 

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned.

· Coordinate jobs with scheduling department to determine each jobs position in the priority list via emails and google docs. 

· Access web portals for all job specific information 

· Create and maintain customer orders in RFMS based on information from customers using web portals, PO’s, measurements, and floor plans

· Input orders in RFMS/Measure in a timely manner to make sure there are no delays in ordering product. 

· Save all Purchase Orders, Measures, Selections and Job Communication into shared Job Docs folder.

· Customize a standard measure to match selections per each jobs selections to provide job specific quantities
