We are seeking a skilled HVAC Service technician to join our team. As an HVAC technician, you will be responsible for servicing, repairing, and maintaining HVAC systems for residential clients. The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic, excellent problem-solving skills, and a commitment to providing exceptional customer service.
The big task
You will diagnose and repair heating and cooling systems and lead customers to informed and confident buying decisions by providing an extraordinary customer experience.
Key sub-tasks
- Maintain communication with dispatch and your manager.
- Keep your company truck clean, inside and out.
- Maintain a clean and professional appearance.
- Have and maintain a clean driving record.
- Participate in training allowing you to grow and develop as a professional.
- Have or be willing to get the proper certifications. We can help you with this!
- Provide a 5-star customer service experience
- Join a limited on-call schedule

- Minimum 2 years experience as an HVAC Service Technician
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Completion of a HVAC apprenticeship program or equivalent experience
- Strong knowledge of various HVAC systems and equipment
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong communication and customer service skills
