Part-Time Customer Service Representative

Hickory Veterinary and Specialty Hospital is a privately owned third generation family practice. Currently, the hospital is busy, growing hybrid practice, seeing general medicine cases, surgeries, and 24/7 emergencies. We also see specialty appointments daily, including cardiology, neurology, behavior, ophthalmology, and radiology. We are a fun, family-oriented facility where growth and professional development are fostered and promoted! Hickory is looking for an Part-Time Client Service Representative to add to our growing family. Weekend and evening hours are required, as well as holidays. Veterinary client service experience is preferred, but client service experience not in the field may be considered.

 
 

Duties would include:

Greeting all clients who come into the hospital in a professional and friendly manner.

Answering phone calls and scheduling appointments.

Answering emails and obtaining past medical records.

Becoming familiar with patient charts in both Impromed and Instinct computer systems.

Checking patients in for appointments and invoice preparation and processing.

Facilitating excellent communication between clients, doctors, and staff.

Performing client call backs and client communication as needed.

Working well in a team motivated environment.

Perform other duties as assigned that stimulate professional growth!

Salary: From $16.00 per hour depending on experience

Schedule:

10-hour shift

8-hour shift

Weekends necessary

Occasional Evenings 

Holidays
