Position Summary:
As a Key Holder, you will play a vital role in managing our store operations. You will be responsible for supervising floor staff, ensuring customer satisfaction, and maintaining a safe and organized store environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Team Leadership: Oversee and motivate a team of floor staff to achieve sales goals and provide excellent customer service.
- Customer Service: Resolve customer inquiries and complaints promptly and effectively. Ensure that customers have a positive shopping experience.
- Store Operations: Working closely with Store Management, you will assist in daily store operations, including opening and closing procedures, inventory management, and merchandising.
- Training and Development: Mentor and support to floor staff to enhance their skills and knowledge.
- Security and Safety: Maintain a safe and secure store environment by following company policies and procedures.
Requirements
Qualifications:
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills
- Excellent customer service orientation
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Retail experience in a home center preferred, but not required
