We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented ProSales Representative to join our team.
Responsibilities:
- Sales: Manage and grow sales of building materials, including paint, to contractors and builders within our retail store as well as develop new customers with outside sales activities. (60/40 split)
- Business Development: Actively source new business opportunities by prospecting, networking, and cold calling potential clients.
- Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure long-term loyalty and satisfaction.
- Product Knowledge: Stay up-to-date on the latest building materials trends, products, and industry developments.
- Sales Reporting: Track and analyze customer sales performance and identify opportunities to increase market share.
Requirements
To be qualified you will have:
- A proven track record of success in a sales role, preferably in the building materials industry.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to build rapport and trust with customers.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Self-motivated and driven to achieve sales targets.
- Proficiency in sales techniques and strategies.
