JOB SUMMARY
The Installation Scheduler’s principal function is to maintain and coordinate the scheduling of cabinet & countertop deliveries and installation in an efficient and timely manner, as practical and in accordance with Markraft’s company policies and procedures and Core Values.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
Scheduling deliveries and installation within predetermined lead times by monitoring product resource availability. This includes:
- Product from manufacturers (cabinets, tops, accessories)
- Product from suppliers (countertops)
- Coordinating with installers on availability
- Delivery availability (warehouse)
Monitoring job progress including, but not limited to:
- Daily communication with installers and their related progress
- Supporting the system of accountability to completion (progress reports)
- Coordination and delivery of installation packets between sales teams and installers
- Taking customer warranty service calls and resolving accordingly
SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES
- None
EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONS
- 1-3 years of customer service experience preferred
- Strong organizational skills
- Proficiency in the use of PC software such as Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
PHYSICAL DEMANDS
- Ability to sit at a computer monitor for long periods throughout the day.
