About the Role


The global Talent Management leader will serve as a key leader on the HR Leadership team reporting to the CHRO of CloudBees. This role will be responsible for defining CloudBees’ talent management strategy. This role will shape the future of the organization by identifying and addressing talent needs, developing strategic priorities, and leading the execution of those priorities through key partner teams, including talent acquisition, HRBP teams, and Internal comms/Employee experience team. This role will partner with senior leaders across the organization to align talent initiatives with business goals, ensuring the company attracts, retains, and develops top-tier talent to fuel growth and innovation.


What You’ll Do

  • Values in action: Incorporate CloudBees’ values in People development programs and talent processes at CloudBees.
  • Performance Management: Manage and evolve the performance development process, including goal setting, performance reviews and promotions, and development planning.
  • Leadership development and People manager effectiveness and engagement: Lead design, delivery of leadership development solutions aligned with industry best practices and organizational goals.
  • Employee development: Ensure data and feedback-driven design and delivery of learning interventions, including also targeted learning solutions for various employee segments.
  • Employee engagement: Partner in building a scalable employee listening system including regular employee engagement surveys and action planning.
  • Employee onboarding and Culture orientation: Build and implement global employee onboarding programs in partnership with business leaders.
  • Program management: Monitor and assess program effectiveness through trend analysis and evaluation methods.
  • Business partnership: Build and maintain relationships, and collaborate closely with senior leaders, HR partners, and external partners.
  • Talent champion: Stay updated on and bring in trends and best practices in skills development, career management, leadership development, talent and performance management and learning. Champion talent as a key business driver and influence senior leadership in prioritizing people development.
  • Career Development: Direct the creation and execution of comprehensive career development plans for all CloudBees employees, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and objectives.
  • Employee experience and EVP: Collaborate with the employee comms and employee experience team and corporate marketing/Brand teams, fostering an environment of continuous learning, agency, accountability and improvement. Lead virtual company-wide training focused on a variety of L&D topics.

What the Role Requires

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. An advanced degree is preferred
  • 15+ years of experience in Human Resources with a focus on talent management, L&D, succession planning, and career development
  • 5+ years of proven leadership experience
  • Strong project management skills, with the ability to prioritize and meet multiple target dates in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong understanding of business functions and principles, including strategic talent and business planning
  • Able to utilize insights and data to drive decision-making and strategy development
  • Broad and strategic thinker with the ability to influence and drive results.
  • Able to develop and implement talent strategies that align with business goals
  • Comfortable managing complex projects and leading cross-functional teams
  • Thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, and can manage multiple competing priorities effectively
  • Commitment to fostering a diverse and inclusive workplace
  • Experience in financial services or technology industry is highly desirable
  • Excellent leadership and people management skills
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
