We are seeking an experienced Commercial HVAC Lead Installer to join our growing team. This position is responsible for leading commercial HVAC installation projects, overseeing crew members, ensuring quality workmanship, and maintaining safety and efficiency on job sites. The ideal candidate is a hands-on leader with strong technical expertise and the ability to manage projects from start to finish

Responsibilities

• Lead and install commercial HVAC systems including RTUs, split systems, ductwork, refrigeration, and related components
• Supervise and train installation crew members on job sites
• Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and project specifications
• Ensure installations meet company standards, manufacturer requirements, and local codes
• Coordinate with project managers, contractors, and inspectors as needed
• Maintain job site safety and enforce company safety policies
• Troubleshoot installation issues and ensure timely project completion
• Accurately document work performed and materials used
• Maintain company vehicles, tools, and equipment

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of commercial HVAC installation experience 
• Prior lead or supervisory experience preferred
• Strong knowledge of commercial HVAC systems and installation practices
• Ability to read blueprints and wiring diagrams
• EPA Certification (required)
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
• Strong communication and leadership skills
• Ability to lift up to 75 lbs and work in commercial/industrial environments
• OSHA 10 or 30 (preferred)
