SUMMARY: The Manager of the Student Emergency Fund is responsible for the planning, development, coordination, execution, and evaluation of All Chicago’s Student Emergency Fund Program (SEFP). The Student Emergency Fund assists Chicago college students experiencing a crisis or transition by distributing critical and timely financial assistance via a network of partner organizations and schools. SEFP is poised for significant growth over the next few years, and the Manager would be responsible for identifying growth opportunities and building programmatic capacity to respond to the need.
