Job Summary:
The IT Project Manager oversees the planning, execution, and completion of technology projects. They coordinate between cross-functional teams, manage timelines and budgets, and ensure that the project delivers value to the organization. Their role is crucial in keeping projects aligned with the company's strategic direction along with specializing in data collection and performing statistical analysis on large datasets. They also Interpret data to discover insights and support decision-making across various business functions.
Duties/Responsibilities:
- Responsible for ordering, maintaining, and distributing technology supplies for the agency
- Performs inventory control procedures and maintains inventory databases for computers, phones, cell phones and misc. office equipment.
- Ensures contract compliance with vendors for optimal cost and delivery times with specific budget requirements.
- Responsible for providing new hire orientation training on Credible and systems overview.
- Liaison between human resources and IT vendor for new hire computer set up for orientation (computer, cell phone, desk phone, printer, scanner, tablet, doxy, username/password, ect).
- Gather and interpret data from a variety of sources to help organizations improve the quality of care.
- Manage data and prepare the reports for supervisors, managers, directors, and outside agencies as requested and required.
- Create spreadsheets, statistical data and reports that may include information on trends in customer service, billing, cost evaluation and efficiency to use for determining which adjustments and changes to implement.
- Participates in the EHR design and build sessions, tests the applications, and maintains the EHR database.
- Coordinate with the CEO regarding changes to the Electronic Record.
- Responsible for security policies and procedures related to computer networks, computer hardware, computer software, and telecommunications systems.
- Effectively communicate and act as a liaison with and between RMHC staff and third-party vendors with regards to computer software, hardware, applications, and telecommunications equipment and projects.
- Create, implement, and facilitate employee training for all RMHC computer and telecommunication related hardware and software.
- Responsible to complete assigned projects within the established deadlines and to notify supervisor and other project managers of any deviations and delays
- Implement modifications in the workflow, task prioritization, project deadlines, and assignments as directed by supervisor.
- Performs other duties as assigned.

Education & Experience:
- Two-year degree preferred.
- High School Diploma or equivalency required.
- Must have a valid driver's license and insurable under agency's automobile insurance policy.
- Must pass a criminal background study.
- Two years of buying or purchasing experience preferred.
Physical Requirements:
- Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
- Must be able to lift to 15 pounds at times.
- Ability to travel to offsite vendors and different agency locations.
