Description
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Case Manager to provide neighborhood-based social and case management services to families and individuals facing complex challenges. The ideal candidate will demonstrate a commitment to supporting clients in achieving their goals and improving their overall well-being.
Responsibilities:
- Provide quality case management to clients with complex needs.
- Conduct needs assessments and determine eligibility for financial assistance.
- Collaborate with housing workers and clients to develop budget plans and assist them in achieving budget goals.
- Maintain professional relationships with clients and conduct all business-related activities in accordance with program policies and standards.
- Stay informed about current immigration laws and best practices to effectively assist clients as needed.
- Create and maintain accurate client records.

Requirements
- Bilingual in Haitian Creole or Spanish; highly preferred.
- Bachelors degree; or equivalent experience.
- Paralegal or legal training is desirable.
- Experience and/or education in community development, direct social services, case management, or a related field.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
- Basic computer skills.
Salary Description
$22.00/hour
