Description

Gilbert Christian Schools is seeking a responsible and organized individual to serve as the Athletic Events Parking Coordinator for GCHS athletic events. In this role, you will oversee and direct overflow parking during home athletic events, ensuring smooth traffic flow and efficient use of available parking spaces. This is a part-time, seasonal position that aligns with the athletic schedule, requiring availability on specific dates and times corresponding with games and other events.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee parking operations during GCHS athletic events, including overflow parking management.
  • Direct traffic flow and ensure parking areas are used efficiently.
  • Collaborate with event staff to ensure parking procedures are followed.
  • Address any parking-related issues or concerns promptly and professionally.
  • Set up signage and parking equipment as needed.

Qualifications:

  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
  • Experience in event management or parking coordination is a plus.
  • Ability to remain calm and professional in busy or high-pressure situations.

Hours & Compensation:

  • Part-time, based on the GCHS athletic schedule.
  • Compensation will be discussed during the interview process.
