Print Production Reporting Analyst

 Are you a detail-oriented analyst with a knack for numbers and a passion for print production? Join our team as a Print Production Reporting Analyst and play a crucial role in managing and optimizing our print and financial reporting processes.


Responsibilities:

  • Review and process vendor invoices efficiently, ensuring timely payments and adherence to approval standards.
  • Validate mail drop reports and conduct financial forecasting for print partners. Analyze and compare invoice costs to provide insights on package expenses.
  • Create in-depth historical benchmark reports and performance reports using our job tracking system. Ensure accuracy in print materials and cost-effectiveness of print runs.
  • Reconcile print partner inventories and monitor ongoing events. Provide quality control and assurance for all printed materials.
  • Collaborate with the internal forecasting team for direct mail volume predictions and develop production tracking reports.
  • Analyze data to evaluate best practices and contribute to the development of reporting improvements.
Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience. At least 2 years in the print and lettershop industry with knowledge of the printing process from pre-press to bindery.
  • Expert in Excel (PivotTables, PivotCharts, what-if analysis) and proficient in Access, MS Project, Outlook, and Word.
  • Strong verbal and written skills with meticulous attention to detail. Ability to manage complex tasks under tight deadlines.
  • Proven problem-solving abilities with a strong analytical mindset.
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively, maintaining effective relationships with internal teams and vendors.
