• Manage Product Engineering Process (PEP) and Phase-out Process (POP) projects
  • Create and manage project plans to ensure successful completion with scope, time, and quality parameters
  • Set deadlines, assign responsibilities, monitor  and summarize project progress 
  • Coordinate meetings, write minutes, and prepare stakeholder reports
  • Identify and help implement process and reporting improvements
  • Resolve conflicts within the project by  identifying, managing and solving/escalating issues and risks
• Join Product Engineering Process (PEP) projects as a project assistant for the Project Lead
• Research best practices and document standard operating procedures for Project Management
• Participate in a variety of Company project teams
• Build and maintain effective working relationships with other departments
• Periodic travel, including international travel, is required
• Represent Schluter Systems in a professional, positive, and enthusiastic manner in all matters
• Additional duties as assigned by management

• Positive and personable attitude with a desire to learn
• Organized self-starter with an attention to detail
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, both in person and remote
• Associate Degree in Business Management or equivalent
• 3 years of project management experience
• Project Management Professional certification preferred
• Skilled at working effectively with cross functional teams and all levels of management
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint and Word)
• Ability to travel nationally and internationally
• Willing to relocate to requested region
