As a member of the FlexCold team, a Sanitation Associate, is responsible for the cleaning and maintaining buildings, facilities, equipment, and outside grounds. Use cleaning tools and other products to create a clean, safe, and healthy environment. Removes and disposes trash along with other waste following the appropriate policies. Duties will include sweeping, mopping, cleaning bathrooms and breakroom area. Vacuuming and dusting offices. May need to have basic maintenance skills. You must follow all regulatory and company safety standards, policies and procedures when performing these tasks.
DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES:
· Attention to detail in fast-paced, deadline-oriented environment.
· Must be able to lift a minimum of 50 lbs.
· Ability to work a flexible schedule and shift, including weekends if needed.
· Ability to work in temperatures as low as -20 Fahrenheit/-25 Celsius while wearing company provided PPE and freezer gear.
· Perform other job-related duties as assigned.
Education/Experience/Knowledge/Skills:
- HS diploma or GED equivalent.
- Must be able to lift a minimum of 50 lbs.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule and shift, including weekends if needed.

Physical Requirements:
While performing the essential functions of this job, the associate is required to be able to constantly sit, stand, walk, see, talk, and hear. The associate is required to grasp or feel objects with the hand, reach above, below and at waist level, twist, squat, kneel and lift and/or move objects up to 50lbs. Ability to work in cold and below freezing temperatures. Fluency in English is a prerequisite for ensuring both the safe and effective performance of all job duties and the successful operation of all FlexCold, LLC’s business practices.
