Description

Job Summary

The primary function of the Project Manager is to manage builder relationships. This role takes responsibility for and manages each job from order generation through completion.


Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.

  • Obtaining customer selections and specifications
  • Field Measurements
  • Prepare accurate designs and layouts
  • Accurate pricing and quote preparation
  • Review orders to ensure they are accurate and release to purchase
  • Obtaining customer authorization to perform work
  • Communicate, hold accountable and positively build working relationships with all 1099 contractors
  • Determine and approve all parts to finish orders and present for purchasing
  • Address all issues and concerns from Builders or homeowners
  • Walk jobs as many times necessary to ensure proper completion
  • Ensure all job records are current and accurate
  • Assist A/R when necessary to resolve collection issues
  • Other duties as needed

Supervisory ResponsibilitiesThis position carries out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with company guidelines, policies and procedures, and applicable laws. Supervisory responsibilities include interviewing, hiring, and training employees; planning, assigning, and directing work; appraising performance; rewarding and disciplining employees; addressing complaints and resolving problems.

  • Kitchen & Bath design and 20/20 experience preferred
  • Cabinetry sales background preferred
  • High School Diploma/GED
  • Excellent computer skills
  • Previous construction experience a plus
  • Valid Driver's license
