The Customer Operations team is seeking a customer-obsessed Program Manager who will be responsible for leading the structuring, execution and support of post-sales programs with commercial customers. You will provide thought leadership for the program with a strong eye for business and technical considerations and the ability to communicate clearly with key stakeholders.
In this role, you will help drive multiple work streams critical for program success including: go to market strategy development and implementation, program support post implementation, and ongoing customer management. This includes defining the requirements for program success, aligning stakeholders on the path forward, defining the action plan, and managing execution of
the plan. You will interact directly with internal and external team members to identify gaps and opportunities to program execution, and design/implement long-term solutions in collaboration with customer experience, project management, engineering, marketing, and product teams.
