Ardent Communities is hiring Rockstar Leasing Consultants in Columbus, OH and surrounding areas. Our portfolio is rapidly expanding and we are filling IMMEDIATE openings. No prior leasing experience required—customer service and sales experience are a plus.

Responsibilities & Skills

Greet and assist current and prospective residents
Schedule and conduct property tours
Showcase models, amenities, and community features
Create urgency and excitement to close leases
Follow up with prospects via phone, email, and text
Create and update online advertisements to drive traffic
Enter maintenance requests and assist the Property Manager
Prepare lease paperwork for new and renewing residents

Job Details

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Based on experience
Two days off during the week (Monday–Friday)
Weekends are mandatory
Monday–Friday: 9:30 am – 6:00 pm
Saturday: 9:30 am – 5:00 pm
Sunday: 11:30 am 5:00 pm
Work Location: Columbus Ohio and surrounding areas
Remote Work: No

High school diploma or equivalent
Sales experience: 2 years (preferred)
