Description

The R.E. Member Success Specialist is a sales position that consists of identifying client-based businesses with opportunities to adopt and/or improve client care within their company. Duties and responsibilities will primarily revolve around the areas of:


  • Prospecting for high-level partnership business with mortgage lending and real estate brokerages/agents
  • Procuring new ‘Real Estate’ Member relationships
  • Growing member accounts during the first 3 months of relationship
  • Developing systems for selling
  • Practicing elegant customer service and hospitality among members

‘Real Estate’ is defined as the products and services Client Giant offers to real estate professionals including but not limited to Real Estate Brokerages, Real Estate Agents, Mortgage Lenders/Brokerages, Loan Officers, Escrow Services, and Title Companies. Sales duties will include but not be limited to cold calling, zoom meetings, webinars, and lead follow-up.

Requirements
  • Seasoned sales professional with a proven track record 
  • Familiar with strategic business development
  • Knowledge of the real estate industry and processes in sale
  • Ability to interface with and convert decision makers
  • Elevated customer service skills
  • Excellent time management
  • Problem solving skills
