The B2B Member Success Specialist is a sales position that consists of identifying client-based businesses with opportunities to adopt and/or improve client care within their company. Duties and responsibilities will primarily revolve around the areas of:
‘B2B’ is defined as the products and services Client Giant offers to business professionals including but not limited to wealth managers, accountants, consultants, attorneys, staff recruiters, travel agents, healthcare providers, marketing agencies, and non-profit foundations. Sales duties will include but not be limited to cold calling, lead follow-up, Member account management, and social outreach. Customer Services duties will include but not be limited to email, live chat, in-person and phone support; and such other duties as called for by the company.
