As a Facilities Services Director, you will:

• Facilities Management and Operations: Develop and implement a comprehensive building management program that ensures all facilities are safe, accessible, and conducive to the needs of our clients. • Extensive knowledge of HVAC systems, mechanical and architectural trades, and their application in healthcare facilities.
• Strong understanding of applicable codes, laws, and regulations, including OSHA standards and the Kansas Building Code.

• Proficiency in budget preparation, financial management, and fiscal responsibility.

Education and Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Architecture, Engineering, Construction, Public Administration, or a related field preferred
• 5+ years of experience in facilities management, with a focus in similar environments.
• In-depth knowledge of mechanical trades, architectural trades, and campus operations.
• Experience with federal, state, and local safety regulations and enforcement procedures.
• Demonstrated ability to manage complex projects
