Main Duties and Responsibilities
- Responsible for sales, technical support and marketing of the products manufactured and / or distributed by the BENDER Group and/or in particular BENDER, Inc, USA, BENDER Germany and its affiliates (industrial and medical products) in the assigned region
- Develop, prepare, present and implement aggressive year over year growth plan in the assigned territory
- Achieve annual sales revenue/operating income targets and objectives
- Provide guidance and mentor to subordinates
- Attend trade-shows, customer visits, rep visits and business related industry and committees meetings
- Provide technical training seminars to consultants and engineers (customers)
- Troubleshooting and testing at customer location
- Provide various reports, e.g. monthly quotes & inquiries, technical proposals, monthly sales, monthly shipments, monthly travel itinerary, trip reports, using Salesforce
- Work with all departments internally and build a strong “team working” environment within the organization
Other Duties
- Communicate with Accounting regarding customer credit issues
- Attend training events
- Provide tradeshow list in your region
Requirements and Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent from a four-year accredited college or university
- At least 5+ years of experience in electrical sales
- Must be highly efficient with Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook), Salesforce
- Understands Electrical Safety and be familiar with NFPA 99 , NFPA 70 (NEC), UL 508, 943,1047 and 1022 standards.
- Minimum 50% travel
