JOB SUMMARY
As a Cabinet Division Service Technician, your role will involve the servicing, repairing, and maintaining various types of cabinets for residential. You will be responsible for reviewing service tickets, and completing tasks as indicated. This may involve measuring and cutting materials, assembling and installing cabinets, and ensuring that the final product meets quality standards. Additionally, you may be required to troubleshoot and repair any issues with existing cabinets, as well as provide recommendations for upgrades or replacements. Strong technical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently or as part of a team are essential for success in this position.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
- Assess tickets - cabinet installation or repair needs.
- Taking precise measurements and determining the materials required for the job.
- Cutting, assembling, and installing cabinets according to design specifications.
- Ensuring that cabinets are level, secure, and aesthetically pleasing.
- Troubleshooting and repairing any issues with existing cabinets, such as loose hinges or damaged surfaces.
- Communicating effectively with teams to understand their preferences and address any concerns.
- Maintaining a clean and organized work area, as well as following safety protocols to prevent accidents.
- Regular and reliable attendance.
SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES
This position carries out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with company guidelines, policies and procedures, and applicable laws. Supervisory responsibilities include interviewing, hiring, and training employees; planning, assigning, and directing work; appraising performance; rewarding and disciplining employees; addressing complaints and resolving problems.

- 1-year related experience and/or equivalent training, or both
- Attention to detail a must
