The Design Intern plays a key role in supporting design teams with various creative tasks, gaining hands-on experience, and contributing fresh ideas to ongoing projects. We are looking for a creative and motivated individual to join our dynamic team. This internship is an excellent opportunity for designers looking to gain real-world experience in website design, digital media, and branding. The ideal candidate will work closely with our design team on a variety of projects, ranging from the digital design of websites to branding and agency marketing collateral, while contributing to the creative process from concept to completion.
- Assist the design team in creating visually compelling graphics for various mediums, including websites, social media, marketing materials, and presentations.
- Collaborate with creative and marketing teams to produce creative solutions that align with brand guidelines.
- Help with the creative for websites, branding materials, social media graphics, marketing elements, internal and external signage, and other design deliverables.
- Participate in brainstorming sessions to develop new design concepts and ideas.
- Assist with creating wireframes, prototypes, and mock-ups for web and mobile interfaces.
- Contribute to user experience (UX) research and design improvements.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest design trends and software updates.
- Handle revisions, edits, and feedback from clients and internal teams.
Qualifications
- Junior or senior in college pursuing or recently completed a degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field.
- Proficiency in design software such as Figma, and the Adobe Creative Suite, or similar tools.
- A portfolio showcasing your design work (academic, freelance, or personal projects).
- Understanding of design principles, typography, and color theory.
- Basic knowledge of UX/UI principles is a plus.
- Strong attention to detail and a creative mindset.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
