CCMCN is governed by a Board of Directors comprised of organizational representatives from each of its Federally Qualified Health Center members as well as representation from Colorado Community Health Network (CCHN). Through working with health centers and community partners, CCMCN provides technological and analytical tools that help create a more comprehensive and collaborative network of care for Coloradans.


Position Description:

The IT Coordinator position will require performing IT-related support activities, which include end-user support, vendor communication, vendor management, and acquiring expertise in traditional (on-premises) business infrastructure along with cloud infrastructure. The position will work closely with the IT and Security Director to support internal CCMCN staff, Azure data center infrastructure, application availability, and day-to-day troubleshooting. The position will also work closely with internal staff to support external users of a population Health analytics system, Tableau Server, and single-sign-on (SSO) platform. Although CCMCN allows employees to work from home, this position requires the candidate to live in the Denver-metro area to allow for support of our office infrastructure and in-person support and training of our internal staff.

The ideal IT Coordinator will display sound judgment; relate well to the public and staff; have a professional demeanor; prioritize customer satisfaction and be well organized.


Essential Functions:

  • Provide in-person or remote end-user IT support for CCMCN employees.
  • Perform support for users of CCMCN’s analytics application, Tableau Server, and single-sign-on (SSO) platform.
  • Categorize and analyze support cases within Salesforce.
  • Identify issues and route requests clearly and efficiently to subject matter experts.
  • Communicate with CCMCN clients promptly and courteously, ensuring high levels of customer service.
  • Help onboard/train and offboard CCMCN employees.
  • Maintain end-user documentation.
  • Assist with the configuration of servers and security policies in the Azure data center network.
  • Assist with the maintenance, development, and support of all IT systems, including telecommunications, servers, PCs, operating systems, hardware, software, peripherals, and office automation equipment.
  • Setup new users, deactivate accounts and perform regular user audits of all CCMCN’s applications.
  • Oversee provision of end-user services, including help desk and technical support services.
  • Maintain current knowledge base of latest technologies.
  • Perform asset management for all IT hardware, software, and equipment.
  • Communicate with executives, managers, Human Resources, and end-users regarding pertinent IT activities.
  • Design, implement and maintain standard procedures and internal best practices.
  • Proactively identify potential issues and develop potential solutions to mitigate risk.
  • Perform regular system and user audits.
  • Help make IT recommendations for the organization.
  • Maintain license and renewal schedules.
  • Monitor system and network performance.
  • Perform system maintenance, including updates, backups, testing, and other adhoc tasks as assigned.
Requirements

Minimum Qualifications:

  • At least 3 years of experience in the IT field.
  • Thorough understanding of general IT functions and procedures.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with highly technical engineers.
  • Excellent computer and customer service skills.
  • Ability to work as a team member and work effectively with diverse people.
  • Knowledge of applicable data privacy practices and laws.
  • Demonstrated awareness of, and value for, cultural competence.
  • Must be flexible, self-directed, able to prioritize multiple tasks, able to manage a full workload.
  • Ability to work with minimal supervision and maximum accountability.
  • Attention to detail and excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work after hours and weekends when needed.
  • Ability to travel locally.
  • Ability to work remotely.
  • Fluency in written and spoken English.
  • Physical ability to stoop, kneel, bend, use a computer and perform light lifting.


Additional Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Information Systems, or equivalent certification(s).
  • Microsoft Azure, Microsoft 365, Azure Active Directory, Windows 10/11, Windows Server.
  • Ability to attend conferences and workshops for further education to expand and improve skills.
  • Background in healthcare IT, including HIPAA and HITECH compliance.
  • Experience with the Salesforce platform.
  • Experience with Tableau Server administration.
