Purpose

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Chain Coordinator to join our team.

The Chain Coordinator is responsible for managing and optimizing the distribution and sales of beverage products across multiple retail chains. This role involves coordinating with suppliers and chain accounts, providing sales program support, and tracking performance to achieve sales targets


Responsibilities

  • Analyze sales data and generate reports to ensure chain programming and placement execution
  • Manage weekly Club store orders, pricing, and club pack inventories.
  • Manage the chain schematic reset process in terms of validating product assortment, placement and execution
  • Develop and maintain excellent rapport with HCB suppliers, national, regional, and local chain retailers
  • This position ensures that retail standards, and proper rotation of our products is adhered to on a daily basis

Requirements
  • Bachelor’s Degree preferred. High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Proficient in Microsoft 365 software like Word, Excel, PowerPoint
  • 2+ years of experience in the beer/beverage industry or related field
  • Strong understanding of retail chain operations and sales processes
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Knowledge of the beer industry and market trends
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
