Description

Indiana Farmers Insurance is currently looking for an experienced contact center operations leader to join our Marketing Team, as Director, Partner Service Team. This is a new position and we are excited to find the right innovative, dynamic leader to help build and motivate a contact center team that will provide the high level of customer service experience that Indiana Farmers Insurance is known for! 


The right candidate will have strong people management experience, excellent analytical skills and an enthusiasm for optimizing the customer journey. The Director, Partner Service Team will have a driving commitment to create, measure and continually enhance the contact center experiences, in support of the Company's vision.

Requirements

Qualifications and Responsibilities for the Director, Partner Service Team include:

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred; will consider all candidates with strong P&C contact center management experience
  • 5+ years of experience leading contact center operations
  • Well-versed in contact center compliance areas, including privacy laws
  • Solid understanding of contact center staffing models and technologies
  • 3+ years of insurance industry experience; P&C experience strongly preferred
  • Demonstrated experience leading business transformation efforts or division start-ups
  • Experience working with third-party providers to assist with after hours and peak demand needs
  • Experience with agency management software, technology, and systems
  • Demonstrated leadership experience as a manager responsible for several direct reports
  • Must be able to manage multiple initiatives with different priorities and successfully meet targeted deadlines
