Job Title: Mental Health Clinician (Therapist)
Job Type: Full-Time/Part-Time (40+ Hours Per Week) FLSA Status Non-Exempt
Job Summary:
We are seeking a Mental Health Clinician (Therapist) to join our team and provide mental health services to foster youth in our STRTP. The Mental Health Clinician (Therapist) will coordinate mental health services and provide referrals to community resources as needed. They will work closely with the treatment team and other support in the program participants' lives, such as family, CASA workers, CSWs, lawyers, and teachers. The Mental Health Clinician (Therapist) will provide direct mental health services, including individual, group, and family therapy in a residential setting. They will also document all services according to the Department of Behavioral Health (DBH) and (Z.N.D.).
Responsibilities:
- Provide and coordinate mental health services to foster youth in our STRTP
- Work closely with the treatment team and other supports in the program participant's life
- Provide direct mental health services, including individual, group, and family therapy in a residential setting
- Document all services according to the Department of Behavioral Health (DBH) and (Z.N.D.)

Requirements:
- Master's degree in social work, Psychology, or related field
- Active license in California as an LCSW, LMFT, or LPCC
- Experience working with foster youth and/or in a residential setting
- Knowledge of the Department of Behavioral Health (DBH) and (Z.N.D.) documentation requirements
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
