Position Description

Reporting to the Manager, Ticket Operations, the Coordinator of Ticket Operations will play a crucial role in managing ticketing operations for U.S. Soccer events nationwide. This position will be instrumental in executing our ticketing strategy and overall event operations, serving as a liaison between ticket sales, fan experience, hospitality and event operations. The coordinator will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service for all internal and external stakeholders, including managing Box Office operations on match days for Senior National Team and other U.S. Soccer events.


Key Responsibilities

  • Execute ticket operational tasks, implement ticket products and technology, and assist with financial reporting for U.S. Soccer events.
  • Troubleshoot issues related to ticket management, mobile apps, and scanning systems for national team matches and tournaments.
  • Manage box office duties on matchdays for all U.S. Soccer events across various venues nationwide.
  • Assist in building individual events in the ticketing system for U.S. Soccer supporters.
  • Maintain ticketing systems and related networks for national team matches and tournaments.
  • Create and maintain seating manifests and ticket inventory for various stadiums hosting U.S. Soccer events.
  • Provide operational support to U.S. Soccer's Ticket Sales and Events teams.
  • Process orders for premium areas, group sales, and single-game tickets for U.S. Soccer matches.
  • In tandem with the Manager, Ticket Operations, oversee game day ticket operations, including will call and walk-up ticket sales, for national team games.
  • Maintain controls and procedures to ensure inventory integrity and financial accuracy for all U.S. Soccer ticketing.
  •  Manage customer accounts for U.S. Soccer supporters and ticket buyers.

Additional Duties

  •  Communicate and collaborate across internal departments
  •  Deep dive into data analytics and insights, which would drive strategic marketing and sales campaigns
  •  Provide exceptional customer service and resolve escalated ticketing issues
  •  Develop reports and present insights to leadership on key metrics and performance
  • ·Manage access control systems and complimentary ticket programs for events
  •  Prepare and submit required Federation reports related to ticketing activities
  • ·Work in tandem with senior leadership to create lead scoring and a prioritization system to identify targeted audiences for various ticket products, hospitality packages, and other products for the team
  • Other duties as assigned

  •  Ticket event creation & management for large-scale sporting events
  •  Invoicing, collection, reconciliation, and fulfillment for matches
  • Customer service for diverse fan bases
  •  Match and event day ticket operations across multiple venues and ticketing platforms
  • Ticket sales, service, and operations report generation for high-profile events
Requirements

 

Minimum Qualifications

  •  Bachelor's degree
  •  Minimum of one (1) year of computerized ticket operations experience
  • Experience with Ticketmaster Host and Archtics preferred
  • Expertise in other ticketing platforms and data analysis is a plus
  •  Excellent communication, interpersonal and customer service skills
  •  Proficiency with Microsoft Office and reporting
  • Must be able to work evenings, weekends, events, and holidays as required. This position will require flexibility of work schedule and travel to various venues for U.S. Soccer events nationwide.

Desired Qualifications

  •  Bilingual (English and Spanish, preferred)
  • Experience working in international sports - including federations, officials and teams from varying countries and cultures.
  • Experience working with sport team travel logistics
  • Experience working in venues managing sporting events
