In March of 2023, Impressia Bank launched as a sixth bank division of CNB Bank, with a targeted focus on women in business. Regional Relationship Managers will focus on building relationships with women owned and women led businesses. The role will include new business development along with managing the self-sourced portfolio. The Regional Relationship Manager will maintain customer relationships including commercial loans and deposits along with related consumer loan and deposits. Maintain and service commercial loans including collection efforts.

PROMOTE DIGITAL AWARENESS
Leverage advancements in banking technology and internal applications to explore efficiencies in technology used to improve processes with clients, partners, and the bank.
FOCUS ON ACCURACY AND ATTENTION TO DETAIL
Identify and implement methods of improving departmental efficiencies and workflow consistency to meet client needs, while accommodating loan and deposit growth. Monthly reporting for Senior Management, which may include pipeline, delinquency, and exceptions. Ensure adherence to credit policy, procedures, guidelines, and regulatory requirements. Ultimately responsible for the accuracy and completeness of the loan analysis and documentation.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Actively promotes products and services and refers existing and potential customers to Treasury Management, Private Banking, and Wealth & Asset Management. Responsible for loan originations and growth, deposit gathering, fee income, and referrals. Meet established goals as outlined by Senior Management. Strong analytic skills with an ability to translate business plans and goals. Work closely with Credit Administration and Regional Support Manager to assure underwriting, documentation and funding activities are complete and timely.
QUALIFICATION, EDUCATION, AND EXPERIENCE
To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential job requirement satisfactorily and a skills inventory is listed below. Bachelor’s degree in business or related field from a four-year college or university. Minimum of five years related banking experience and/or training required. Business Banking or Commercial experience required. Must possess high level of socializing skills, good PC and organizational skills. A background screening will be completed. LANGUAGE SKILLS: Ability to read, comprehend, and interpret documents. Possesses professional communication and interpersonal skills to write and speak effectively both one-on-one and before groups of clients or employees of the organization. Ability to communicate to clients directly and effectively.
TECHNOLOGY SKILLS: Ability to use telephone systems and possess good computer skills including email, internet, and intranet use. Prior experience or the ability to learn core transaction system, loan systems, and other programs necessary for performing job duties and to maintain effective communication.
MATHEMATICAL SKILLS: Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure. Ability to compute rate, ratio, and percent and to draw and interpret bar graphs.
REASONING ABILITY: Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form. Ability to solve challenging problems involving several variables in a standardized situation.

This position operates in a professional office environment with considerable time spent traveling to meet clients offsite or Bank office locations as well as sitting at a desk using office equipment such as computers, phones, and printers. Noise level is moderate with constant communication and interactions with others. Ability to travel on occasion to all market areas and attend seminars or training sessions offsite.
