JOB SUMMARY

We’re seeking a Junior Office Assistant with 1+ year of experience to support our busy, growing teams who help build the homes and businesses in our community. In this role, you’ll be an essential part of our team, providing valuable administrative support for both residential and commercial projects. The ideal candidate has solid computer skills, strong attention to detail, and takes pride in meeting deadlines with efficient, accurate work. You’ll be the go-to person, handling various administrative tasks and ensuring our team's day-to-day runs smoothly. We’ll provide the training to get up to speed on flooring, cabinets, countertops, and appliances. 


ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned.

  • Answer inbound calls and assist with inquiries.
  • Respond promptly to emails and customer requests.
  • Accurately enter and update service requests.
  • Utilize computer applications to ensure department tasks and responsibilities remain on track.
  • Perform any ad hoc responsibilities as assigned.


SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES This position carries out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with company guidelines, policies and procedures, and applicable laws. Supervisory responsibilities include interviewing, hiring, and training employees; planning, assigning, and directing work; appraising performance; rewarding and disciplining employees; addressing complaints and resolving problems.

EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONS To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.   • 1+ year of internship or professional experience.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Strong communication and organizational skills, with a team-focused approach.
  • The ability to work independently while taking direction as needed.
