Summary:
The Global Services Leader is responsible for the strategic development, execution, and management of offshore services and client delivery for our Revenue Cycle Management Solutions (RCMS) service lines. This role plays a critical part in expanding the scope and scale of our global services, enhancing operational efficiency, and ensuring exceptional client outcomes. The Global Services Leader will oversee offshore services and partnerships, ensure high-quality performance, and drive growth in service offerings to meet evolving client needs.


Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Lead the development and execution of the company’s strategy for offshore services, ensuring alignment with company goals and vision.
  • Identify growth opportunities for expanding services with offshore partners.
  • Create a high-performance culture in offshore teams and strategize the build-out of a comprehensive offering that leverages innovative technology.
  • Manage service delivery with offshore partners, ensuring quality standards and client satisfaction are met or exceeded.
  • Collaborate with clients and internal stakeholders to ensure seamless integration of offshore partners into the company’s delivery standards.
  • Establish and implement key performance metrics to track the efficiency and quality of services with offshore operations.
  • Monitor and evaluate offshore service performance through metrics, client feedback, and audits as necessary.
  • Provide leadership and mentorship to offshore service leaders and teams, ensuring alignment with company goals and fostering cross-regional collaboration.
  • Coordinate with onshore and offshore teams, including operations, technology, security, and business development, to ensure seamless service delivery and develop client engagement expansions.
  • Serve as a key contact for offshore teams and clients, managing service delivery, ensuring timely communication, problem resolution, and client alignment.
  • Collaborate with IT and security teams to ensure compliance with relevant regulations, including data security, privacy, and industry standards.

Supervisory Responsibilities:

  • This position has significant supervisory responsibilities, including oversight of a team of 500+ offshore colleagues and strong domestic leaders.
Requirements

 Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, healthcare management, or a related field. MBA or advanced degree preferred.
  • 10+ years of experience in revenue cycle management, healthcare operations, or global service delivery, with a focus on offshore operations.
  • Proven experience leading cross-functional teams and collaborating across regions and cultures.
  • Strong understanding of revenue cycle management processes.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and collaboration skills.
  • Strong client relationship management abilities.
  • Analytical and strategic thinking skills with a continuous improvement mindset.
  • Ability to travel as needed to support global operations.

  • Work Environment: This role operates in a professional home/office environment and routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers and phones.
  • Physical Demands: This is largely a sedentary role; however, it may require the use of keyboards, mouse, and other devices for typing, clicking, and navigating software systems.
